Aguda Tennis will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending this course and this includes all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

• Class Cancellations - Thunder, Lightning, and/or Heavy rain
  For all our outdoor venues, we will try out best to run classes as scheduled. Classes will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain, thunder, and/or lightning. The decision will be made by the head coach at the venue on the day itself. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a need for cancellation via SMS and e-mail. If a class is cancelled due to rain, a makeup class will be arranged for you within the same month. There will be no lesson cancellation if the venue is sheltered. 
   

• Class Cancellations - Haze Policy 
  Aguda Tennis follows the national guidelines for Haze as set out by the National Environment Agency (www.nea.gov.sg). The health impact of haze is dependent on one's health status (e.g. whether one has pre-existing chronic heart or lung disease), the Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) level, and the duration and intensity of outdoor activity. Reducing outdoor activities and physical exertion can help limit the ill effects from haze exposure. If the index goes above 120 into the unhealthy zone we will cancel any scheduled class and students will be notified via SMS and e-mail as soon as possible.

• Make-up Class/Refund Policy
  If a session is cancelled for any reason, a make-up class will be arranged for you within that particular term. Aguda Tennis has the rights to reschedule the time and date of the make-up session. If a class on the court is disrupted halfway through the session due to any reason (e.g. unfavourable weather conditions), the session will be continued with off-court physical activities or motivational discussion under shelter. Neither make-up classes nor refunds will be given.

• Absenteeism and Withdrawal
  If the student is unable to attend a group session or withdraws from it, they will not be given a refund for missing the class. For private classes, coaches need to be notified at least a day in advance should you need to cancel the session for any reason. A make-up session can be arranged with your coach consequently. Students with last-minute cancellations or those who fail to turn up for private lessons will be liable to a 100% forfeit of the session's fees.

• Number of Students in a Class/Session Length
  For Aguda Tennis group sessions, the class size is 6 students per court per coach. Class duration will be 2 hours.
  For corporate lessons, the ratio can be changed according to the respective package signed, so long as there is a minimum of 3 students who have signed up before the package commences. Should this minimum requirement not be fulfilled, Aguda Tennis reserves the rights to cancel the package and refund the fees to those who have already signed up for the package.

• Coach Absence
  Should the assigned coach be unable to attend a session or continue with lessons, Aguda Tennis reserves the rights to arrange for a substitute coach to continue with the session(s).

• Payment Policy
  All payments for packages must be paid for before the 1st lesson of the package. Aguda group class fees will be paid term based only, no pro-rated fees available.  Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayNow, DBS Paylah or via cheque.

• Parent/Guardian Attendance
  A parent/guardian needs to be present throughout the session for students aged 3 and under. Parental accompaniment is not a compulsory requirement for students aged 4 and up. However, a parent/guardian is strongly encouraged to be present when possible. 
   

• Class Etiquette
  Please be punctual for classes so that students can enjoy maximum benefits from the sessions. Arriving for classes late may disrupt the lessons for the other students as well as for the coach. Aguda Tennis coaches cannot be held responsible for students and their safety beyond session timings.
  We reserve the right to expel students on the grounds of unacceptable behaviour. 
   

• Media/Photography
  Aguda Tennis coaches and assistants take photos and videos of students from time to time for both performance tracking and for promotional usage on Aguda Tennis website, social media pages, and posters/flyers.

• Sports Attire
  Students are required to be inappropriate sports attire for their lessons. All students must wear proper covered sports shoes with socks for all classes. For outdoor venues, students are strongly advised to wear a cap. Students who attend class with improper attire will not be allowed to take part in the session.
